EAE 2026: deadline extended to 10 November and new ATAK–KAEK rules
ATAK may replace KAEK for properties up to one hectare, subject to conditions. New functionality is expected by 2 November.

Updated 30.10.2026 · 10:09, Athens time — What changed
On 30 October 2026, AADE announced that the EAE 2026 application deadline moves from 30 October to Tuesday 10 November 2026. The authority links this deadline to timely payment of the advance on 30 November; this does not confirm that every beneficiary has already been paid.
ATAK instead of KAEK for properties up to 10 stremmata
In areas with an operating cadastre, ATAK alone may replace KAEK for properties up to 10 stremmata (one hectare), as recorded in the 2027 property statement (E9). This covers owned and leased properties. The threshold concerns the entire property, regardless of the co-ownership share.
Where an agricultural parcel combines properties declared with KAEK and others with ATAK, the two parts must be digitised separately. The new application functionality is scheduled to be available by 2 November 2026; it is not presented as already available.
Conditional area correction
For an owned and owner-used property whose 2027 E9 area is smaller than its KAEK area, AADE announces an automatic adjustment in the first half of January 2027. It covers properties not removed from the property statement after 31 May 2026, provided the producer has not already filed an amended E9. This particular discrepancy does not currently prevent final submission, and this process does not require the producer to file an amended E9.
AADE urges early submission. Authorisation of an application operator is through myAADE, Registry & Communication → Authorisations. The new announcement does not restate or reset every special deadline retained in this article’s history.
Previous updates — history
Greece's Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) and Ministry of Rural Development and Food have announced a revised timetable for the 2026 Single Aid Application (EAE), following an amendment to Decision A.1161/2026.
The final filing deadline is 30 October 2026. General changes may be made through 10 November 2026. For applications filed by 30 October and corrected, where necessary, by 10 November, the official announcement places the advance payment by 30 November.
Key dates
- 30 October 2026: final EAE filing deadline.
- 10 November 2026: deadline for general changes. Applications filed by 25 September and corrected by 10 October are, according to the announcement, included in the advance payment due by 31 October, while further changes remain possible until 10 November.
- 16 November 2026: changes concerning Rural Development interventions.
- 11 January 2027: parcel-level changes to eco-schemes. A special 31 January deadline applies to public grazing land.
- 31 January 2027: supporting documents for eco-schemes and coupled support, provided they were issued by 31 December 2026.
- 31 March 2027: changes and documents for coupled support, plus eco-scheme changes arising from the Area Monitoring System (AMS).
The KAEK change
The minimum spatial overlap between the declared parcel and its KAEK land-registry code is set at 55%. The announcement says a KAEK that cannot be verified may still be taken into account under specified conditions if the reason is declared in myAGRO.
Supporting documents in the application dossier must be sent electronically to AADE within two working days. Material available only on paper has a five-working-day deadline.
Special cases
Ichthyologists registered with GEOTEE may file applications on behalf of farmers. An heir may also file when a farmer died during 2026, after the required update to the tax registry.
AADE said it would also update the circular's 70 frequently asked questions. Until that updated text is published, applicants should rely on the amended decision and the platform's official instructions.
