Online applications are open through 30 November 2026 for the 11th Business Acceleration cycle of the University of Athens’ Archimedes Unit. The official invitation schedules the start for 9 February 2027.

Who is eligible

It covers students, researchers, staff categories specified in the invitation and university alumni within three years of their graduation year. A business team must include at least one eligible member. A startup must not have completed three closed financial years and must have at least one eligible founder or shareholder.

Teams receive priority over individual applicants. An eligibility check is followed by an idea presentation for assessment.

What is provided

The programme offers workshops, advisory support, mentors, networking and accelerator workspace. First-phase workshops are scheduled from 9 February to 13 April 2027, with at least one member of each team required to attend. Applications are submitted through Archimedes’ “Invitation and Application” page. Applying does not guarantee selection or investment funding.
