On 17 October 2026, AADE announced new ENFIA assessments for taxpayers who corrected their E9 electricity-supply number or whose main home had not been matched. The 15,689 property rights belong to 15,304 individuals.

The reduction’s existing rules

Decision A.1063/2026, already published in the Government Gazette, covers main homes of Greek tax residents. The population limit is 1,500, excluding Attica apart from its Islands regional unit. It rises to 1,700 in Western Macedonia, Evros and border municipalities in Central Macedonia, Eastern Macedonia–Thrace and Epirus.

The reduction is unavailable where the taxable value of the whole main home exceeds €400,000. It does not automatically cover every property an owner holds.

Checking assessments and refunds

Issued assessments can be printed through the E9/ENFIA declaration service, selecting tax year 2026.

Offsets and refunds are in progress and the announcement expects them to be completed next week; an issued assessment does not mean a refund has already been paid. A valid registered IBAN is required for a monetary refund.
