GENOP requests negotiations on a new collective agreement at PPC
The 16 October letter requests the start of the process. It does not announce a signed agreement or new pay rises.

GENOP/DEI-KHE is requesting the formal start of negotiations on a new company-level collective labour agreement at PPC in a letter to management published on 16 October 2026. The original letter carries the same date and reference F. 11/4219.
The federation links its initiative to the existing agreement’s expiry, which it dates to 21 March 2027. That agreement was signed on 21 March 2024. It says its board unanimously approved the negotiating initiative on 29 September 2026.
What changes — and what has not been agreed
The new development is the formal request to PPC to enter the negotiating process, not the signing of a new agreement. GENOP seeks improved pay and employment terms. It provides no agreed pay-rise percentages, new benefits or implementation date.
The announcement does not confirm that a first meeting has already taken place or that management has accepted specific terms. For HEDNO and IPTO, the federation says negotiations will follow; it does not present a single completed agreement covering all three companies.
