Results of online university transfer and movement applications for the 2026–2027 academic year have been available since Tuesday, 13 October 2026.

Applicants can sign in to the Education Ministry's 2026 transfer application at transfer.it.minedu.gov.gr, using the credentials with which they submitted their application.

How long the appeal window remains open

Appeals and requests for review must be submitted through the same online application. The window opened on 13 October 2026 and runs for 30 days, under Article 80 of Law 4692/2020.

The Ministry's announcement does not provide an alternative paper or email procedure. Applicants need to review the result in their personal account and, if they appeal, follow the steps shown in the application.

The numbers

According to the Ministry, transfers were approved for 4,571 students under social and financial criteria, 505 students in special categories and 2,251 undergraduate siblings.

A further 140 students under social and financial criteria and nine undergraduate siblings are moving to departments in the same academic field.

Exceptional transfers are a separate process

The application states that submissions for exceptional transfers have not yet opened. That is a separate process for documented, particularly serious and exceptional circumstances and should not be confused with appeals against the results released now.
