Revoked administrative acts registry: what it records and how to view your entries
The service covers revocations caused by inaccurate declarations used instead of supporting documents. Individuals can see only their own entries, using Taxisnet and a one-time code.

The Registry of Revoked Administrative Acts is operational, according to a joint announcement by three Greek ministries on 15 October 2026. The service supports procedures in which a formal declaration replaces the supporting documents normally required.
Not every revoked decision is covered
The registry records acts revoked because a declaration used instead of supporting documents was found to contain inaccurate information. It is not a general list of every revoked administrative decision.
An authorised employee of the responsible authority makes the entry. It includes details of the original act, the revocation decision and the act imposing an administrative fine and charging expenditure.
Access only to your own information
On gov.gr, the route is “Citizen and everyday life” → “Citizens and the public sector”. The General Secretariat of Information Systems and Digital Governance says individuals need their personal Taxisnet credentials and the mobile number registered in the National Communication Registry (EMEp) to receive a one-time login code. For a legal entity, its own Taxisnet credentials are used.
Users can view only entries concerning them. They cannot add, change or delete information, and the service does not offer a public search of other people’s entries.
Notifications and checks on new requests
An automated email is sent when an entry is finalised. For individuals, it goes to the email address in EMEp, provided consent has been given; for legal entities, to the address registered with AADE or GEMI. Notifications are also provided for updates, corrections or deletions.
According to the joint announcement, before issuing a new act for a request by the same person that also relies on a declaration instead of supporting documents, the authority checks the registry. If it finds an earlier revocation due to an inaccurate declaration, the new request is not granted. This concerns that particular document-replacement framework, not a general exclusion from every public service.
The legal framework listed by the secretariat is Law 5293/2026 (Government Gazette A 57) and Joint Ministerial Decision 26994/2026 (Government Gazette B 4691/2026). The 15 October announcement concerns the service’s operation, not the passage of a new law that day.
