Renault–Dumarey: agreement to acquire Alpine Racing SAS

Consultation and approvals remain pending. The agreement concerns the French company in Viry-Châtillon.

Renault and Dumarey announced an agreement on 22 October 2026 for Dumarey to acquire Alpine Racing SAS in Viry-Châtillon. The transfer has not been completed: legally required employee consultation and regulatory approvals must come first.

Reuters reports that 150 jobs would be preserved and financial terms were not disclosed.

The joint release provides for all employees to transfer. The French company is separate from Alpine Racing Limited in Enstone, which encompasses the Formula 1 team’s activities.
